Content: For our products we only use ingredients from 100% natural sources: vitamins, herbal extracts, minerals and amino-acids. All ingredients are listed in these product pages, and on their labels.

Usage: Usage depends on the product. Directions for use are always on the label of the product, on this website and you can always ask the professional staff in our shops.

Dosage: Recommended dosages are on the packaging. However, everybody is different so carefully test your response and then adjust dosage to your individual needs or preference.

Side effects: Take lower dosages or discontinue use when side-effects occur. Sometimes they are the result of over-sensitivity for some of our very concentrated herbal extracts, or high dosages of vitamins (e.g. red skin ’flush’ of B-vitamins).

Contra indications: Sirius > Smart Products are designed for people who are in good mental and physical condition, but can use a little extra from time to time. If you have any kind of mental or physical condition or disorder, and especially if you are taking medication, you should not use most of our products.
