Description: A large tree with split leaves carrying yellow berries. Can be found in gardens all over the world. Probably the oldest kind of tree on earth.

Effect: Ginkgo Biloba improves blood transport through the body and brain. It helps the body to produce energy, keeps blood vessels in shape and improves transmission of nerve signals. Ginkgo is also a defence against free radicals, which prevents aging symptoms.
Preparation: Dried leaves can be used to make a tea, but Ginkgo extract is mostly found as an ingredient in certain smart products.
Dosage: 120mg. of extract per day.
