No instructions, no answer, no gift Truffles were delivered on Friday afternoon. It was indeed a very stealth packaging, so stealth it didn’t even have the product’s name on the labels... only a number. I searched everywhere on the invoices and on the website for the reference number it may correspond to, with no luck. Sent an email asking for it and got no reply, I guess because office closed before I even got my hands on the package. After reading reviews I guess I should have got an email with instructions beforehand, but I didn’t, and yes I searched my spam folder. So I guess I’ll find out on Monday. Of course any plans to use them over the weekend had to be postponed. Last but not least, I was a bit disappointed for not getting any gift, as it said on the website it was included in every order... After spending almost 80 euros, the combination of all these things doesn’t make the experience very pleasant.

Wieder top Wieder top , 1 Tag nach der Bestellung war die Ware schon da (versandkostenfrei). Als Gratis Geschenk gab es dieses mal einen Sticker und ein Sirius-Clipper-Feuerzeug , voll cool , danke dafür.Noch zu erwähnen ist der top kundensupport, freundlich und schnell. Preise sind echt gut . 6* von mir.

Het is de eerste keer dat ik via de… Het is de eerste keer dat ik via de website van Sirius aankopen doe. De webpagina is overzichtelijk en gemakkelijk om te winkelen. Na de betaling werd ik op de hoogte gebracht van de lopende verzending en kon ik met allerhande vragen terecht op het desbetreffende telefoonnummer. De verzending was al binnen twee dagen bij mijn thuis in België. Het pakketje was mooi ingepakt met de bijhorende folder. Heel goeie en vriendelijke service!

Not potent stuff Not potent stuff, I didn't feel anything from 30gr of golden teacher and nothing from ten gr of space shuttle. Then they blame it on me and how I took if when I take it up with support. Ridiculous Plus your response shows your ignorance. You at least lost one customer.

Trustworthy and fast delivery, high quality products, excellent customer service I have been a loyal customer of Sirius for 3 years now and have *never* had an issue with an order. Even during these incredibly hectic times, Sirius manages to send orders out within a few hours of payment, and 90% of the time I receive the package on the next working day (I live in the Netherlands). The customer service is responsive and dedicated, and their 'Spacemiles' program has saved me a LOT of money over the years. Back when I was in university, I also highly appreciated the fact that I had access to a student discount. Overall: very trustworthy delivery, high quality products, easy to navigate website, and a genuine care and respect for the customer. 10/10 would recommend.
