I really liked the professional approach and the quick answers to my questions.

This was my first time ordering to another country than I live and I was a little worried first but everything went quick and smooth!!! It took 2 days for delivery without any issues. The product is as always top quality and well packed. I’m really happy with this delivery.

Mijn grow kit ecuadorians heeft wat op zich laten wachten en er volgde wat miscommunicatie met de klantenservice waardoor ik geen duidelijkheid had over mijn pakket. Sirius heeft zich echter herpakt en heeft me een enorm goede service geleverd om ervoor te zorgen dat ik mijn ecuadorians toch heb kunnen ontvangen. Na het verderhelpen met mijn pakket zijn ze ook blijven communiceren met mij om zeker te zijn dat alles in orde was met mijn bestelling. Ze staan zelfs klaar om tips te geven omtrent mijn producten en hoe ermee om te gaan indien ik ervoor zou vragen. Overal doen er zich wel eens misverstanden voor maar sirius zet voort tot hun klanten tevreden zijn. Bij mijn volgende bestelling kies ik graag voor sirius wetende dat als er iets fout gaat sirius doorzet tot hun klant tevreden is.

Delivery was a little slow comparing my other experiences in Netherlands and didn't get any tracking code too but overall good service.

Easy to order, god products. Quick delivery

Sirius are great. Good prices and regular communication. Shame they use UPS which don’t then provide a good service. They are often delayed In delivery and have poor communication on delivery times.

The delivery was delayed due UPS. They informed me a day before the planned delivery and I waited unnecessarily at home complete day. Annoying. Sirius part of the deal was handled excellently and fast.
