Sirius have fantastic customer service. When something goes wrong as it sometimes will they are always there to give you advise on how to move forward. I've been a customer at their shops and online. Both services are excellent. Negativity is not something I have ever experienced as a customer. There is always a friendly welcome and an honest feeling of 'see you again' when you are leaving. That's what keeps me going back. Cannot recommend sirius.nl enough.
