I encountered a problem with my order, from the Sirius team I was given excellent customer service to sort it out. Definitely recommend ordering from Sirius.com!

After paying for 2 growkits I got an email from Sirius with the question if I was sure about my order. Apparently a lot of growkits didn't arrive in Ireland lately and they wanted to give me that information that so I could reconsider and get my money back. Ordered it anyway and received it 4 days later. Very content with the product and impressed with the transparency of Sirius.

received my package more than in time :p UPS said thrusday end of day and it arrive at 10AM Thursday. Also my packages of herbs were in a little box so no risks of perforation. And the Knaster herbs are pretty nice to roll with and replace well tabacco. So fully served and nicely :)
