How to use Gaia’s Incense sticks

To use Gaia’s Incense sticks, first grab an incense stick holder or another fireproof container. Then light the tip of the stick with a lighter and let it burn for 5-10 seconds. Afterwards, gently blow it out until the tip glows like a hot charcoal and it starts releasing smoke. Then simply enjoy the wonderful aroma and let the incense extinguish naturally, or else press the lit tip against a heat-resistant surface until it breaks off, or dip the tip into a small container of sand or water.

Warning: Burning incense sticks can pose a fire hazard, so always use them with care and don't leave them unattended. Always use away from flammable materials and out of children’s reach. Be mindful of falling ash, which could also pose a fire risk. Lastly, ensure the room is well-ventilated, as prolonged exposure to any smoke can be harmful to your health.
