A l-theanine supplement is an alternative to drinking lots of green tea three times a day. It calms you down and reduces stress. It is also good to take just before going to bed.

The form of l-theanine used in this supplement is the best l-theanine extract available worldwide: Suntheanine®. This extract received the Food Ingredient Research Award at the Food Ingredients Europe in 1998 and Best New Product of 2000 at the Nutracon event.

Usage

Take 1 or 2 capsules a day between meals with water. At least half an hour before, 2 hours after a meal or before going to bed.

Composition per vegetarian capsule:

Excipients: vegetarian pullulan capsule, filler (rice extract) and anti-caking agent (rice concentrate).

Free from: wheat, gluten, milk, egg, nuts, peanuts, soya, shellfish, fish, artificial flavourings, artificial colourings and preservatives.

Avoid use during pregnancy or lactation.
