Bank Transfer

  1. You place an order and choose the payment method 'Bank Transfer'.
  2. After you have completed your order, you will receive an e-mail with our IBAN: NL77INGB0654840202 in the name of Future Necessities B.V.
  3. Please transfer the total amount of your order with online banking as payment reference the order number, which you can find in the confirmation email.

Transfer money to our bank account via Wise (formerly Transferwise)

  1. Make an order on our site and choose bank transfer as the payment method.
  2. Go to wise.com and create a free account online or in the app with your email address. Link your credit card or bank account to your Wise account.
  3. Enter the amount of your order, enter our bank details to transfer the money directly to our bank account. These details can be found on our site or in the email you receive from us.
  4. Verify your identity in Wise (for some currencies or large transfers they require a picture of your ID).
  5. Send the money via bank transfer or debit or credit card.

Transfer money to our bank account via Revolut

  1. Make an order on our site and choose bank transfer as the payment method.
  2. Go to revolut.com and create an account for free online or in the app with your email address. Link your credit card or bank account to your Revolut account.
  3. To transfer money to a bank account, tap the 'Payments' tab, '+ transfer', followed by 'Add a recipient'.
  4. You will then be asked to fill in the details of the bank transfer. These details can be found on our site or in the email you receive from us.
  5. Once the recipient is added, click on it and press 'Send'.
  6. Enter the amount and choose the currency in which you want to send.

Future Necessities B.V. will appear on your account statement and not Sirius; in case you appreciate your anonymity with regard to buying in our webshop.

When will we ship your order?

As soon as we have received the amount of your invoice on our bank account.

Payments by IBAN Bank transfer made on Monday to Friday before 16:00, we can usually process the same day.
Payments by IBAN Bank transfer on Monday through Thursday after 16:00, we can only process from the day after.
Payments by IBAN Bank transfer made between Friday after 16:00 until Monday morning 09:00, we can only process again from Monday morning 09:00.

As soon as we send out your order, you will receive an e-mail message, containing a tracking code to follow your package.
