At Sirius, we do our utmost to offer high quality products and the best service. In the unlikely event that a product does not meet your expectations, there is still our excellent service. For example, you are allowed to return many products to us within a reconsideration period of 14 days, without giving any reason. If there is a faulty product, for example due to a manufacturing defect or damage during transport, this is often covered by warranty and the product qualifies for free replacement or repair.
