In our offline stores in Maastricht, Venlo and Roermond it is not possible to make purchases without showing yourself. Person to person, our employees can assess whether certain products are suitable for you, or advise you not to use certain products for your own safety. For this reason, you cannot order anonymously in our webshop. Instead, we ask for a few details so that we know a little bit about who is ordering from us.
If you want to order products without an account, or without logging in in advance, you will be asked to log in or create a new My Sirius account if necessary when completing your order.
In addition to some safety, your personal My Sirius account offers even more benefits: you don't have to fill in all your details when you order again from us, and on top of that you collect Spacemiles with your personal account for very attractive discounts on Sirius products, and more.
Once you have a My Sirius account, you can always log in on the homepage (PC) or the Main Menu (GSM) and view your personal data and order history. Personal data will never be provided to third parties. More details in our Privacy Statement.
