Free from refined sugar

How difficult is it to follow a diet free of refined sugar? The number of sugar cubes per day quickly increases and especially in highly processed food you can quickly get an overdose of it. Lovechoc bars are only sweetened with unrefined sweeteners, such as dates, dried fruit and coconut blossom nectar. The latter is a natural sugar substitute and contains a low glycemic index. This means that the sugars are slowly absorbed by the body.
