I recently made an order with Sirius. Was not my first time so I was very happy to return back. I love the massive assortment of products and quality. Prices are also very reasonable. I jumped a gun and made my order during the Christmas holiday. I was very surprised about getting a call from customer service for a suggestion to ship it later in order to have fresh products. I went for it. Despite some delays, Sirius team made sure I receive my order fast and in high quality. The only negative thing I have to mention is that on arrival the truffles had already developed mould, probably because throughout the delivery they were not kept in low temperature (The parcel was delivered from UPS after 8 days instead of 3 as initially planned, but this was probably due to the holidays and Covid-19). Nevertheless, tripping worked and the experience was great :)
