Warranty means that we are responsible for the quality of our products as a company. By selling a product to you we do our best to ensure that the product meets the promised requirements, the product must be 'proper'. If a product does not appear to meet the requirements, we will ensure that we will compensate you as a consumer.


The warranty terms describe what a product must meet to be returned to the seller. In order for a broken or defective product to fall within the warranty terms, it should be broken or defective within the warranty period due to a defect caused by a defective product quality. A product is not covered by the warranty terms as:

- There have been changes to the product that are not found in the product manual
- If defects result from incompetent use or when the product has not been used according to the operating instructions
- If damage caused by overdue maintenance can be caused.


Within our varied range, different rules apply to the various products:

- Magic Truffles, Smart Products and CBD Products

Magic Truffles, Smart Products and CBD are natural products and beyond our quality assurance we have no influence on their effects. The effect of smart products, for example, depends on the quality of the product, depending on the situation in which the product is consumed and the user's level of experience.

For the above reason we do not use standard warranty for these product categories. If you are dissatisfied with a product falling within this category, please contact customer service.

- Seeds and Mushroom Growkits

Also, seeds and mushroom growkits are natural products, and it may therefore occur that a product from this category does not meet expectations. In case of non-germination of seeds, or no appearance of mushrooms, despite all instructions being strictly followed, you may be eligible for replacement of the product. Please contact our customer service, preferably by email mentioning:
- Date of purchase
- Description or photo of the conditions in which the seeds are planted or the growkit is placed
- Photo (s) of the germinated seeds or non-productive growkit

- Headshop and growshop

All headshop and growshop items (excluding electrical equipment) have a 6 month warranty. Of course, warranty conditions apply, and for example wear or discoloration as a result from regular use are excluded of warranty.

- Vaporizers and growshop equipment

On vaporizers and other devices we give a 2 year limited warranty. This applies to the device itself, and not to batteries and parts that are subject to wear and tear due to use. The warranty period for batteries is 6 months.

If you find a manufacturing defect within 6 months, please contact our customer service. If the problem is covered by the warranty, we will provide a replacement device as soon as possible.

After this 6-month period, and within our 2-year warranty period, we will return devices with a defect covered by the warranty conditions to the distributor and/or manufacturer for repair or replacement. You will not receive a replacement device pending 
the reaction of the distributor and/or manufacturer.

Many vaporizers come with a manufacturer's warranty. Because the manufacturers use different warranty periods, the warranty period differs for most vaporizers. The warranty period that applies to your vaporizer can be found in the warranty conditions in the vaporizer's packaging or on the manufacturer's website. If your vaporizer is defective later than 6 months after purchase, but within the manufacturer's warranty period, it is best to contact the manufacturer directly for a quicker handling of your problem. If you encounter any problems with this, please contact us.

We recommend that you, if possible, register your device on the manufacturer's website as soon as possible after purchase, to ensure that any problems are dealt with quickly. Moreover, if the manufacturer's warranty is longer than our 2-year warranty period, this is often the only option to make a claim more than 2 years after purchase. Always keep the original packaging and your purchase receipt during the warranty period; this is usually requested when you want to make a warranty claim.


If the product is under warranty and within the warranty period, you can report the problem to our customer service. If agreed, we will send you a return label, and then try to have the product repaired for you, or, if that is not possible, replaced.

Never send us a defective device or product without prior notice and our consent. We will not process it.

It is not possible to get a refund for products that fall within the warranty policy.
