Na de betaling werd ik op de hoogte gebracht van de lopende verzending en kon ik met allerhande vragen terecht op het desbetreffende telefoonnummer. De verzending was al binnen twee dagen bij mijn thuis in België. Het pakketje was mooi ingepakt met de bijhorende folder. Heel goeie en vriendelijke service!

Trustworthy and fast delivery, high quality products, excellent customer service I have been a loyal customer of Sirius for 3 years now and have *never* had an issue with an order. Even during these incredibly hectic times, Sirius manages to send orders out within a few hours of payment, and 90% of the time I receive the package on the next working day (I live in the Netherlands). The customer service is responsive and dedicated, and their 'Spacemiles' program has saved me a LOT of money over the years. Back when I was in university, I also highly appreciated the fact that I had access to a student discount. Overall: very trustworthy delivery, high quality products, easy to navigate website, and a genuine care and respect for the customer. 10/10 would recommend.
