Ho pagato 5 tavolette di cioccolato dal… Ho pagato 5 tavolette di cioccolato dal costo unitario di euro 3.67 ciascuna, oltre 40 euro. Alla richiesta di spiegazioni e rimborso non ho avuto nessuna notizia. Alla risposta del servizio clienti dico che non avete dato nessuna risposta al mio reclamo, nello spam non c'è nulla e guardacaso la risposta alla recensione è arrivata puntuale nella casella di posta. Per quanto riguarda i costi esposti sul sito, sono stati visionati e accettati. Vi invito però a riguardare la fattura che mi avete inviato perchè è sbagliata o nel costo pagato o nella quantità di merce mandata. Ribadisco che 3.67x5 non fa oltre 40 euro così come indicato in fattura. Se le vostre precedenti recensioni sono positive, evidentemente avete soddisfatto le persone. Questo, con me, non è avvenuto.
