But the delivery with Hermes is allways a kind of drama, you should choose DHL which is perfect in delivery. Die Produkte und insbesondere die wunderschönen Überraschungen die dem Paket beigefügt waren, sind wieder ausgezeichnet. Vielen Dank ! Leider war die Zustellung mit Hermes wieder eine Katastrophe, DHL ist wirklich die bessere Wahl.

I got very much professional support from the customer support team and the product was also very good. I don't have any complaints about the product or the service however I would like to make a suggestion about the plastic container "If they use black color plastic containers then the shrooms would not grow on the sides" everything else was super and fantastic.
